Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Retail Store Operations 2-3 years' experience in retail Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS) Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively Understanding of Boxer's brand, policies, and relevant regulations (BBBEE, SASSA)
Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver training and ongoing support to store teams on VAS products and services Advise stores on strategies to increase product awareness and uptake Manage the rollout and implementation of new VAS offerings Identify and develop new business opportunities and process improvements * Support new store launches and refurbishment projects
