Key responsibilities:

Sourcing and listing properties for sale or rent Conducting viewings and managing client relationships Negotiating offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants Managing the sales and rental process from mandate to registration/occupation Building and maintaining a strong referral network

Requirements:

Strong communication and people skills Self-discipline and the ability to work independently A passion for property and sales Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle No prior real estate experience required (training provided)
