ECD TEACHERS (With Remedial Interest/Experience)

We are looking for dedicated, passionate, and nurturing

Early Childhood Development (ECD) Teachers

to join our team. The ideal candidates must have a strong interest or background in

remedial education

, with the ability to support children who require additional academic, emotional, or developmental assistance.

Requirements:

Qualified ECD Teacher (NQF Level 4/5 or higher) Experience working with young children in a school or ECD setting Remedial background/interest (experience in learning support, early intervention, or remedial strategies beneficial) Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to work well within a team and follow school policies and procedures Passionate, patient, and committed to nurturing each child's individual development

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with curriculum standards Identify learning barriers and support children through remedial or early intervention strategies Maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment Provide feedback to parents on learner development Work collaboratively with colleagues and management
