BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
Contours Landscapes (PTY) Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
full-time, office-based Client Engagement & Marketing Support Administrator
to support the Tenders / Estimation Department.
The successful candidate will play a key role in client engagement and business development by assisting with the company's digital marketing efforts, managing and updating quote tracking systems, following up on tender submissions, engaging directly with potential clients, and sourcing, monitoring, and tracking potential leads.
As the Client Engagement & Marketing Support Administrator, you will act as a vital link between our clients, operational teams and management to ensure that every client interaction reflects our brand values while supporting marketing initiatives that showcase our services.
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
Salary is negotiable, market-related, and commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
Marketing & Digital Presence:
Develop, expand, monitor, and manage the company's social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, etc.).
Support general marketing initiatives in line with business development goals
Improve and expand marketing material (Company Profile, Website content, Social Media campaigns).
Ensure consistent, professional representation of the company online.
Quote & Tender Tracking:
Maintain and regularly update the internal quote control system.
Follow up on outcomes of submitted tenders and bids.
Lead Management and Client Engagement:
Call and follow up on leads and potential clients.
Source new leads via recognised tender/procurement platforms and existing client networks.
Maintain a structured database of all leads and their statuses.
Track and report on lead engagement and outcomes.
Administrative Support:
Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to management and project teams.
Assist with data capturing and maintaining project logs and company databases.
Support document control processes, ensuring accurate completion, tracking, and submission of project-related documentation.
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
WORK-BASED EXPERIENCE
Call centre/reception experience (advantageous).
Minimum 5 years demonstrable experience
in a marketing, administration, or client liaison environment.
Knowledge of the construction or landscaping industry (advantageous).
SKILLS
Methodical, structured, and detail-focused individual with a logical working style (Left-Brain personality).
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong attention to detail with consistent follow-through.
Confident and comfortable making follow-up calls and engaging with potential clients.
Highly organised with strong time-management abilities.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
COMPUTER & DIGITAL LITERACY
MS Word, Excel, and Outlook - proficiency required (non-negotiable).
Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital marketing tools (advantageous).
