Degree or diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
Business Analyst skills, including requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement
Experience in cross-functional teams and working with project management tools like Jira and Confluence
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision
Understanding of data visualization, dashboard design, branding, and graphic design principles
Ability to conduct workshops, design sprints, and measure user experience with analytics tools
German language skills are advantageous Essential Skills Requirements
Proficiency in Figma for designing interfaces and prototypes
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, and user flows
Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
Expertise in designing for both web and mobile platforms
Strong visual design and attention to detail
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to changing requirements
Strong problem-solving and creative skills
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter Role Requirements
Design and deliver user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
Maintain and contribute to the design system and component library
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on design goals
Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and best practice
Stay up to date with the latest design trends and tools
Mentor and guide junior designers
Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into design solutions
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and team members
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
