As a UX/UI Designer, you'll own the end-to-end design process (from discovery to delivery) translating complex business challenges and user insights into elegant, intuitive, and scalable design solutions. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineers to ensure our products are not only functional but also delightful, accessible, and impactful.
You'll play a key role in shaping our design standards, mentoring junior designers, and driving design excellence across teams.
Key Responsibilities

User Research & Discovery
Lead discovery efforts to understand user needs, motivations, and behaviors through interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing.
Synthesize insights into actionable design opportunities that align with business and product strategy.
Collaborate with Product Managers to validate hypotheses and define the experience vision for each product initiative.

Design & Prototyping
Design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms, from low-fidelity concepts to polished, high-fidelity prototypes.
Apply best practices in UX, visual hierarchy, interaction design, and accessibility to ensure designs are inclusive and effective.
Create and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries to drive consistency and scalability across products.
Use analytics and feedback loops to iterate and continuously improve the user experience.

Collaboration & Delivery
Partner with Product Owners and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure design intent is executed accurately in development.
Participate in design critiques, sprint ceremonies, and product demos.
Provide design leadership by guiding visual and interaction direction for complex projects.
Contribute to team-wide design documentation, frameworks, and playbooks.

Continuous Improvement
Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and tools within UX/UI design.
Champion user-centered design principles across the organization.
Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and design excellence.
Continuously refine processes, tools, and workflows to improve design quality and speed of delivery.

6+ years
of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
Proven track record designing and shipping high-quality digital products across web and mobile.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, visual design excellence, and measurable product impact.
Advanced proficiency in

Experience conducting and applying insights from
