CONTEXT | THE ROLE
UX Designers focus on understanding the users who sit at the very heart of the products that we create - the core of Platform45. As a UX Designer, your role is to define how a product works and how it needs to evolve throughout the design process, taking user insight into account and translating it into a workable concept to solve both the user and business problem. So if you're excited about the idea of working with raw data to discover insights and translating your findings into whatever artefacts a project requires - be it a journey map, information architecture, or wireframes - then this role is for you. From facilitating user interviews to one-on-one workshops where you'll get to go through playbacks with our clients, you'll have to be an agile, people person as you work closely with both Platform45 developers and external clients to ensure you're taking a concept, applying UX design methodologies, and turning it into a deliverable - this is problem-solving at its best.
