Job Description

As an Usher at The Groves, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with seating and
directions, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visitor experience. You will serve as a front-line
representative of The Groves, providing excellent customer service, maintaining safety and order, and
contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with entry.
• Assist in front desk ticket sales.
• Provide directions, event information, and assistance to guests throughout the venue.
• Ensure orderly crowd flow and guide guests to their designated areas.
• Assist with managing queues and controlling access to restricted areas.
• Monitor guest behavior and promptly report any issues to supervisors.
• Support safety protocols and emergency procedures when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of assigned areas.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent The Groves' values at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or events experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good spoken command of both English and Arabic.
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations.
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods and assist with crowd management.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.
