Position: Used Vehicle Sales Manager
Location: Hyundai Boksburg
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales of our used vehicles, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. Strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and automotive industry experience are required for this position.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase used vehicle sales and profitability
Hire, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
Ensure inventory levels are maintained and vehicles are priced competitively
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions
Work closely with the marketing team to promote used vehicle sales through various channels
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with finance and insurance departments to maximize revenue opportunities
Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and legal regulations
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
Previous experience in a leadership or management role
Strong knowledge of the used vehicle market and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve results
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
