SUMMARY:

This is your chance to join a reputable group and present a fast selling top vehicle brand.The used car sales manager drives the sales team to meet targets and KPIs while upholding brand and group standards. This role requires a positive, hands-on leader who can motivate and develop a successful team, achieving sales targets and KPIs for the used car department within set guidelines and have the drive to meet targets xe2x80x93 units, profits, CSI/CCS.Remuneration:
R 30 000 pm, plus performance-based Incentive xe2x80x93 Benefits including Provident Fund, Medical Aid, Company Vehicle and Fuel.POSITION INFO:
Duties include managing & overseeing:
Sales xe2x80x93 Develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors to ensure increased market share and pre-owned sales and profitability (1st & 2nd Gross) as per shareholders and manufacturer requirements.
Marketing xe2x80x93 Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for increased customer interaction.
Leadership xe2x80x93 Create a team culture where customer experience and excellence is a focus. Motivate, lead, coach the sales team to exceed goals and targets.
Customer Care xe2x80x93 Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care,
Pre-Owned Stock Management xe2x80x93 Ensure best stock purchases based on accurate residual values to assist the new car department. Aged stock management.
Performance Management - Coach team where necessary by providing constructive feedback and mutual productivity plans for effective performance. Continue to drive improvement in all aspects of the sales environment.
Financial Management xe2x80x93 Manage total financial and budgeting aspects of the department (Forecasting, OEM, Floorplan, Expenses, Stock holding)Requirements:

• Must have min Automotive Sales Management experience of 3 years+ at a franchise dealership
• Experience within a high-volume brand
• Pre-owned sales experience and residual value knowledge
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Ambitious, Self and Target Driven
• Leads Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Result Driven
• Negotiation and deal closing skills
• Problem solving
• Marketing knowledge
• Must have MS Office and Autobid Experience
• Open to relocation if required
