Job Description

Sales & Customer Service
Greet customers, understand their vehicle needs, and provide professional guidance.
Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, highlight features, and arrange test drives.
Negotiate prices and close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Build long-term customer relationships and follow up on inquiries and leads.
Respond to online and in-person enquiries promptly and professionally.
Vehicle Knowledge & Presentation
Maintain detailed knowledge of used car inventory, specs, pricing, and history.
Ensure vehicles are clean, properly displayed, and ready for demonstration.
Explain financing options, warranties, insurance, and value-added products.
Administrative & Documentation
Prepare sales contracts, finance applications, and documentation accurately.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and relevant automotive regulations.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Inventory & Market Awareness
Assist in appraising trade-in vehicles and determining market-appropriate pricing.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand.
Coordinate with the purchasing team to recommend stock requirements.
Targets & Performance
Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Participate in promotions, marketing events, and dealership sales campaigns.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
