Our service provides valuable insights into drilling, completions, and well abandonment data, enabling operators to benchmark their performance and learn from one another.

Responsibilities and Impact:
As a Commodity Insights Commercial Specialist, you will be part of the EMEA Upstream Specialists organization, responsible for managing Rushmore Reviews across the Africa and Middle East regions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• New Logo Sales: Identify prospects to build a robust pipeline and develop new business opportunities
• Customer Renewal Management: Oversee the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring retention and increasing annual contract values
• Data Submission Support: Collaborate with the Rushmore data team to ensure clients meet their data submission obligations
• Ongoing Customer Support: Provide continuous support to clients throughout the year, ensuring exceptional customer service and retention
• Community Engagement: Assist in organizing and hosting Rushmore community events and client collaborations
• Travel: Regular travel to meet with existing and prospective clients

What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of industry experience
• A background in engineering or a related oil and gas discipline is advantageous

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
• Good understanding of drilling operations, performance metrics, and benchmarking methodologies
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
