We're looking for a results-driven Universal Banker with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets to join our team in the Western Cape, servicing key areas including Athlone, Khayelitsha, Mitchells Plain, Philippi, and Stellenbosch.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will attend to the needs of Personal, Prestige, and Private Banking clients, handling a range of banking matters - from product queries to client account activities (e.g., opening accounts, providing statements, processing debit order information, etc.). This requires forming a clear understanding of each client's needs and responding effectively in a one-and-done manner that consistently delivers what matters, all within the relevant product and legislative (e.g., FAIS) parameters.
