Introduction
An exciting opportunity exists for a Unit Manager: Occupational Health in Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an existing client contract and rendering a quality service, which is effective and efficient, and meets and exceeds our customers' expectations and requirements.
Critical Outputs

• Manage the contracted clinic service according to the service level agreement
• Manage staff including staff allocations, performance management , duty rosters where applicable
• Responsible for ensuring all aspects of the service are implemented
• Manage client relationship
• Prepare reports, prepare for and assist with audits
• Meet the prescribed professional and quality standards of both Life Health Solutions and the client
• Work well within a team

Requirements

• The candidate must be a current registered Nurse with the SANC.
• Additional qualification in Occupational Health required with a minimum of 3 years' experience
• Additional qualifications in audiometry and spirometry required
• The candidate should have experience in computer skills (email, MS word and excel), administration, employee relations and communication.
• Candidates who are results orientated, have initiative and the ability to deliver quality outputs and reduce costs, will be most suitable for this position.
• After hours availability is essential depending on operational needs
• Own transport essential
