Managing, supervising and delegation of nursing staff within their scope of practice
Liaise with other members of the multi-disciplinary team
Support in terms of training and development of nursing staff
Ensure the quality levels are adhered to
Coordinate and supervise group therapy sessions
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with Psych qualification compulsory
5 Years' experience as a Registered Nurse with recent psychiatric experience will be an advantage
Post basic qualification / busy studying; Nursing Management, this will serve as a recommendation
Previous Management experience will be an advantage
Outstanding interpersonal and excellent communication skills
Fluency in English and another language (Fully bilingual)
Intermediate knowledge of computer software packages including Microsoft packages
High energy levels / tolerance of stress / assertiveness
Quality patient care orientation
Between 5 - 7 Years
