Job Description
A leading private healthcare facility in Cape Town is seeking an experienced and dynamic Unit Manager to manage the Maternity and NICU units, ensuring high-quality patient care, effective unit management, and compliance with clinical and operational standards.
Requirements:
- B. Cur/Diploma/Degree in Nursing
- Post basic in Midwifery or Child Nursing
- SANC registered
- Minimum 5 years Maternity/NICU experience
- Minimum 3 years management experience
