Job Description
Oasis Health Services are recruiting for the position of Unit Manager - High Care based in Welkom.
Minimum Requirements:
Professional Nurse qualification Postgraduate Diploma in Health Services Management Accredited Management Qualification OR 5 years of leadership experience in a hospital, and Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing if managing a specialist unit (e.g. Perioperative Nursing) 5 years of Professional Nurse experience in a hospital 2 years of leadership experience in a hospital

Auditing and accreditation processes Clinical risk management Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Continuous improvement and quality assurance methodologies Financial management Healthcare industry Human resource processes including employee relations Infection prevention and control Management of staff productivity Nursing functional knowledge Patient complaint management Relevant nursing legislation
