Key Responsibilities:

Achieve production targets, ensuring adherence to the Production Plan, Master Production Schedule (MPS), and Planned Maintenance.
Manage liquor and material variances during production while ensuring Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
Drive revenue growth, cost reduction, and efficient asset utilization.
Ensure product quality and compliance with Internal Control Checks (ICC).
Compile and adhere to Opex/Capex budgets.
Manage projects, feasibility studies, and ensure the use of the Mini-Business Operating System.
Oversee performance management and development of a competent and motivated team.
