At St Cyprian's, we're seeking a Uniform Shop Manager to take the helm of our friendly on-site shop, which offers both new and second-hand items to our school community. This is more than just a retail role--it's an opportunity to contribute to a space that reflects our school's values of excellence, inclusion, integrity, and care.




As the face of the uniform shop, you'll provide an essential service to our families and staff, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported, especially during busy times of the year. You'll manage stock, coordinate with suppliers, process sales, and ensure our shop is a calm and inviting space that represents our school with pride.




The ideal candidate will be organised, personable, and able to manage a small but busy retail outlet with confidence, care, and a commitment to excellent service.

Minimum Requirements



2-3 years' experience in retail or shop supervision A flair for organisation, accuracy, and customer service Tech-savviness with POS systems, inventory software, and spreadsheets (Humble/Pastel experience is a plus) An ability to manage your time and workload independently A calm, practical, and personable approach--even during peak seasons Physical ability to move stock and keep displays fresh and functional A willingness to work flexible hours during start-of-term and seasonal busy periods

Duties and Responsibilities



Welcoming students, parents, and staff with professionalism and warmth Managing day-to-day retail operations,

from stock control to sales*
Overseeing both new and second-hand uniform processes Liaising with suppliers and school teams to maintain quality and availability Guiding any support staff or volunteers with care and clarity Creating an organised, clean, and friendly retail space for our community * Supporting the Finance Team with accurate reporting and reconciliation
