Well established Insurance company in the Upper Highway Area are recruiting for a Underwriting manager who has at least 2-5 years' experience managing an Underwriting Department, their COB Personal & Commercial Lines (NQF4) and RE5 and sound experience building relationships both internally and externally. Duties will include managing a growing team of 8-10 underwriters, reporting into Exco, building and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring highest level of service from team members, to ensure the company values are upheld and client expectations met. * What is your name?
