Job Description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 or equivalent
Code 10 (C) driver's license
Dump Truck Certificate
Competent B Certificate
Must be a South African and reside within Blouberg or Musina Municipality
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Minimum of 3 years' working experience of operating Development Dump Trucks in Trackless underground mining
environment
Ability to work Shifts
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Take-over / hand over shift from off/on-going Dump Truck operator
Attend to any abnormalities and report to the supervisor to receive further instructions
Perform visual Inspections of the Dump Truck
Assists Engineering Department with scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs on the Dump Truck
Inspect material to ensure it has been loaded correctly
Keep the truck clean and in good working order.
