Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Call new 30 days free activations and guide them through the product features and sign-up process.
  • Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide coverage options, ultimately driving policy sales
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance customer experience and build lasting impressions.
  • Continuously update knowledge of insurance industry trends, competitor offerings and regulations.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of consecutive sales or similar experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in industries such as telecommunications, tech, retail, e-commerce, travel, hospitality, financial services, health and wellness or tourism.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with potential clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet and adapt your approach.
  • Understanding insurance products and services is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the cycling industry will be a plus.
Working Hours:
UK Summer Period (April - September): 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday.
UK Winter Period (October - March): 11:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday.
