. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and/or outbound calls, resolving queries, and ensuring an excellent standard of service at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner
Log call details and update systems with relevant information
Follow scripts, processes, and company policies to deliver high-quality service
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors during shift handovers
Requirements
Must have your own reliable transport
(public transport may be limited during night hours)
Previous call centre or customer service experience preferred but not essential -- full training provided
Excellent communication and listening skills
Confident using computers and CRM systems
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
