Position Overview:
TAWANTECH is seeking a creative and analytical
UI/UX Developer
to enhance our online user experience. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging interfaces and creating harmonious user experiences for our software applications. This position requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, as well as proficiency in industry-standard design tools.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive user research to understand user needs and behaviors. Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to implement user-friendly designs. Perform usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs. Ensure a consistent brand and user experience across all platforms and devices. Stay current with industry trends and emerging design tools and technologies.
Requirements
Requirements:
A minimum of 3:7 years of experience in UI/UX design and development. Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms. Ability to create user personas and journey maps effective in informing design decisions. Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability. * Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and problem-solving skills.
