ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in Figma for designing user interfaces and prototypes
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles
Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, and user flows
Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
Expertise in designing for both web and mobile platforms
Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing requirements
Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Business Analyst skills, including requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement
Experience with other design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
Understanding of data visualization and dashboard design
Experience in conducting workshops and design sprints
Knowledge of branding and graphic design principles
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Basic understanding of analytics tools to measure user experience
German language skills
