About the Role

We need a talented UI/UX Designer to transform rough sketches and ideas into polished Figma designs. You'll work directly with the CEO across multiple business projects, turning concepts into production-ready screens and interfaces.

What You'll Do

Convert sketches and ideas into high-fidelity Figma designs Design screens for web applications, websites, and software platforms Create design systems and component libraries Iterate quickly based on feedback Prepare designs for developer handoff

Requirements

Expert-level Figma proficiency (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping) Strong portfolio of web and software interface design Ability to work from rough sketches or verbal descriptions Fast turnaround and ability to manage multiple projects Understanding of UX principles and responsive design
