We are an online English language service; we provide a multitude of English services and related content. Making use of the latest innovative and creative techniques to deliver a unique experience to each individual customer.

You will conduct both private (one-on-one) as well as group (up to 8 students) lessons. You will also be expected to provide each student with an after-class report. You will be expected to provide progress reports after a course has been completed. We have a pay structure based on teachers' experience and qualifications. Lessons done on weekends have a bonus. Classes are 30mins long. (could do 1.5 or 2 classes back-to-back) The main age of students is between 4-14 years old. However, students ages can vary from 3-60years old. This is a supplementary class for the students it focuses on speaking and listening skills. The students are based in Thailand and have limited English, Teachers need to be understanding of these challenges and use innovative ways to overcome this. Teachers need to be kind, caring, warm, friendly and comfortable with technology as we try to create a fun environment through our online platforms Teachers will provide us with their available teaching times between 9am-6.00pm South African time. Teachers can choose which times they are available but once a lesson is booked teachers need to commit to that slot. Reliability is a major factor in this position.

Qualifications:

Completed Bachelor's degree/ Studying towards a Bachelor's degree. TEFL teaching qualifications (Preferred)/ Possibility of us providing one after a probationary period. A clear and neutral accent. Highly computer literate. Reliability and good communication skills. Knowledge of gamification in the class is an advantage. (Roblox and Minecraft is an advantage) Gaming and other related hobbies are an advantage (please add these experiences and details to your CV) Include all hobbies/skills that could bring a learning aspect to the class, such as: Art, singing, dancing, coding, gaming, etc... Required to work from home with the below equipment; - stable internet connection - background noise canceling headphones - laptop/ desktop with functioning webcam Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Full-time
