Exxaro Resources is seeking talented Turners to join our Grootegeluk Coal Business Unit in Lephalale, Limpopo. This permanent position requires expertise in setting up and operating CNC machines, particularly lathes and milling machines. Successful candidates will ensure components meet precision standards through regular inspections and maintenance, while adhering to SHEC policies to maintain a safe work environment. Key responsibilities include collaborating with and mentoring Artisan Aides and trainees, optimising machinery performance, and engaging in resource planning to prevent production delays. Applicants should possess a Grade 12 or N3 Trade Subjects, a Fitter/Turner Trade Qualification, and 2-3 years of experience in heavy industry or mining environments.
