Job Description

We are a fast-growing healthcare marketing and lead generation company that supports dental practices in the UK. We are looking for a

highly organised and proactive Treatment Coordinator / Appointment Setter

to join our team.

You will be responsible for contacting inbound leads, qualifying patients, and booking them directly into our partner practices' diaries using our CRM and communication systems.

Key Responsibilities

Contact leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email within minutes of enquiry Qualify patient needs and match them with the appropriate treatment options Book consultations directly into practice calendars using scheduling tools and CRM Follow up with patients who are undecided or unresponsive Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications Liaise with our internal marketing and practice teams to ensure smooth handovers Provide weekly updates and performance reports Deliver a warm, professional experience that builds trust with patients

Requirements

Proven experience

in a dental or medical customer-facing role (e.g. TCO, dental receptionist, coordinator, or appointment setter) Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Experience using CRMs, call systems, and WhatsApp Business Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working independently and remotely Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Preferred (but not essential)

Experience working with UK-based clients or patients Knowledge of dental treatments (composite bonding, Invisalign, implants, etc.)
