Job Description

Oversee the 2 treating plants functions to ensure optimal productivity.

Effectively manage employees.

Will be in charge of the procurement function of timber to ensure constant availability of raw material.

Ensure good quality output of the treating plants.

Engage with key customers to coordinate delivery/collection schedule.

Ensure that administration is kept up to date and in line with company requirements.

Will be responsible for stock control of the treating plants.

Arrange and attend weekly/monthly stock takes.

Manage truck drivers to ensure optimal productivity.

Availability after hours is compulsory.

Liaise with maintenance department regardingg machinery and equipment.

Must have drivers license.

Proven managerial skills.

Must be fluent in Zulu and English.

Must have knowledge of the treating process of CCA and creosote poles.

Must have the ability to think on your feet.

Must be target driven and goal orientated.

Must be honest and reliable.

Rlaed qualifications will be an advantage.
