The successful candidate should possess;

Ensure that the Branch operates in accordance with all current applicable legislation, rules and regulations

Ensure that the Branch operates in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures, and Internal Control Procedures

Ensure that the Branch operates according to the highest possible standards, in keeping

With its objective to become the market leader in South Africa

Responsible for on-job training for new staff in Treasury

Ensure compliance with all FICA Internal rules

Responsible for the preparation, issue and control of floats and the issue and control of relevant keys

Responsible for the reconciliation, safekeeping and banking of cash

Ensure that clearance is conducted in terms of Internal Control Procedures

Ensure an understanding of the RGS system and that soft counts are conducted in terms of the Internal Control Procedures

Responsible for record keeping of overall cash of the Branch and such other functions as required or prescribed by Management or the Internal Control Procedures

Deputize for the Cashier in his/her absence and undertake related responsibilities

Responsible for assisting with the administration of the gaming and catering department
