Job Summary NOW HIRING | SALES MANAGER - LUXURY TRAVEL Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for luxury travel and Africa? This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue across international markets within a dynamic, multi-channel travel business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES o Drive revenue growth across bed nights and DMC sales o Aggressively pursue and exceed sales targets o Represent the brand at major international trade shows and sales events o Develop, present, and follow through on compelling sales proposals o Build and manage strong relationships with key global clients and suppliers o Lead, mentor, and support Market Sales Teams to enhance performance o Identify new sales leads and penetrate target markets o Ensure brand integrity, client satisfaction, and alignment with company values o Manage expenses and contribute to profitability and sustainable growth o Uphold health, safety, and workplace compliance standards EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED o Luxury tourism and Africa DMC sales experience ESSENTIAL o Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets o Strong understanding of global travel markets and customer dynamics o Extensive experience in supplier relationship management o Exposure to digital and e-commerce sales practices is an advantage o Ability to work collaboratively within a global team o Willingness to travel internationally QUALIFICATIONS o Minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury inbound travel environment.
