Job Description

:

Working on annual quotations of different packages & tours

Arranging block-bookings to suppliers

Communicating waitlists and booking alternative accommodations

Dealing with pre-paid quotes and invoices

Updating departure information and tour status, guide briefings, cancellations

Researching and monitoring tours

Informing agents of all relevant updates

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: R12000,00 - R15000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Claremont, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Do you have at least two years of travel agency / travel operations experience? Do you have knowledge on safari travel destinations and the ability to coordinate logistics for complex tour itineraries? Do you live in the Western Cape and have the ability to commute to work daily?
