  • Proactive selling of the Mantis portfolio
  • Design tailored itineraries in line with client requirements and travel objectives
  • Converting leads from variety of channels, source markets & client segments
  • Marketing logistically hardship destinations as an attractive travel experience
  • Managing efficiently several systems GDS, CRM's, CRS (Accor Reservations, WETU, Travelogic, Smartbox)
  • Demonstrate precise product & travel knowledge in Southern &/or East Africa
  • Proficient in Email, WhatsApp, telephonic, MS Teams etc. communication when dealing with guests or agents
  • Assisting clients pre & during travel
  • Dynamic, flexible and collaborative
  • Understanding of upscale/luxury client requirements
