About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Travel Desk Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based role, responsible for delivering exceptional administration, reconciliation, and customer service support especially for point-to-point tours, transfers, and chauffeur-driven services.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage travel-related admin tasks, including reconciliations, data recording, and timely reporting. Book and coordinate point-to-point tours, transfers, and chauffeur drives, ensuring seamless and stress-free travel experiences. Manage full-cycle booking operations: flights, accommodations, transports, tours, insurance, and related services. Research and present tailored travel options based on clients' preferences, budget, and schedules. Provide essential travel information passport/visa requirements, local customs, weather, currencies, and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends and leverage vendor networks for best deals. Act as a reliable point of contact during clients' travels to handle changes, cancellations, or unexpected issues proactively. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers chauffeur services, tour operators, accommodation providers, etc.
Requirements

Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer literacy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages a plus. Keenly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Solid knowledge or background in the Hospitality and Tourism industry. Experience or familiarity with booking platforms, reservation systems, or GDS tools preferred. Customer service-driven mindset and ability to solve travel-related issues efficiently.
