Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our
team. In this role, you will assist customers with cruise bookings, inquiries, and support before,
during, and after their trips, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
? Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
related to cruise bookings, itineraries, cancellations, and general travel information
? Assist customers with reservations, modifications, and special requests
? Provide accurate and timely information about cruise packages, onboard services, and
policies
? Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy
? Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and ensure
satisfaction
? Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
? Stay informed about cruise offerings, promotions, and travel guidelines
? Uphold company standards and contribute to a positive customer experience
? -Ability to successfully handle calculations centred around discounts, upgrades,
cancellations etc
Qualifications and Experience:
? Previous experience in customer service, preferably in travel, hospitality, or cruise
industries
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
? Familiarity with booking systems and CRM software
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
? Customer-focused mindset with a professional demeanor
? Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
