About the Role
As a Travel Agent, you'll guide customers through every step of crafting their ideal trip--from recommending destinations to booking flights, hotels, and travel extras. This role is perfect for someone who blends world-class customer service with sharp sales instincts and a passion for travel.
What You'll Lead

• Build long-term customer relationships and grow repeat business
• Design tailor-made travel itineraries based on client needs and preferences
• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel insurance, visas, and products
• Maximise sales through upselling and cross-selling travel services
• Respond to enquiries, follow up on leads, and manage post-booking service
• Maintain accurate client information using internal booking systems
• Work on a roster including weekends and public holidays

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year in a target-driven sales environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong consultative sales and customer service abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus) is advantageous
• A genuine passion for travel and global destinations
