Job Objectives
- Directing drivers daily to the correct premises of clients for the deliveries.
- Ensuring that maps with the right directions to the customer's location are copied for drivers when they report to the office.
- Ensuring that all vehicles and equipment are serviced within the allowed service intervals.
- Ensuring staff under your control maintain a high level of service to customers.
- Ensure maximum utilization of vehicles, planning of loads, routes, fuel, etc.
Experience
- 3 - 4 years of experience in Logistics/transportation industry
- Experience in route planning and the management of collections and deliveries
Essential:
- Good problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Exceptional organization, time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficient computer skills (MS excel; Office 365)
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Trackmatic and Mixtelematics systems
