Kern doel van die pos:
Koordineer met vervoerkontrakteurs om kommoditeite en ander produkte binne die OVK Groep, asook buite die OVK Groep, na en van kliente te vervoer.
Minimum Vereistes:
Graad 12; Graad of Diploma in Bemarking voordelig; 5 jaar vorige ondervinding binne 'n logistieke omgewing; Geldige rybewys.
Vaardighede
:Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels; Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office); Uitstekende interpersoonlike vaardighede; Uitstekende bemarkingsvaardighede; Uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardighede; Moet onder druk kan funksioneer; Uitstekende konflikhanteringsvaardighede; Sterk analitiese en probleem oplossingsvaardighede.
Verantwoordelikhede
:Vervoer tonne per begroting; Brei vervoerkonrakteurs netwerk uit; Skedulering van trokke; Hanteer alle navrae van vervoerkontrakteurs en vragte; Behaal kommissie omsette per begroting.
Main purpose of the position:
Coordination of transport contractors to transport commodities and other products to and from clients within, as well as outside the OVK Group.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12; Degree or Diploma in Marketing an advantage; 5 years' previous experience within a logistics environment; Valid drivers license.
Skills:
Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English; Computer literate (MS Office); Excellent interpersonal skills; Excellent marketing skills; Excellent negotiation skills; Must be able to cope under pressure; Excellent conflict handling skills; Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Transport tons per budget; Expand transport contractors network; Scheduling of trucks; Handle all inquiries from transport contractors and loads; * Achieve commission turnover per budget.
