My client is leading global player in energy infrastructure development, specializing in transmission, distribution, and renewable energy projects. With a strong presence, they offer innovative solutions and opportunities for professionals in the field.
As a Transmission & Distribution Estimator you will be responsible for tendering and estimating, particularly in project development within this sector, including evaluating tender documents, defining pricing strategies, preparing material take-offs, drafting RFQ documents, adjudicating commercial aspects of quotations, providing technical support to the procurement department, compiling cost estimates, and conducting site visits as needed.
Job experience and Skills Required:
- 5 to 10 years construction experience, ideally with both Client and Contractor roles.
- Essential experience in Transmission & Distribution projects, including 400KV and above.
- Comprehensive understanding of civil, mechanical, electrical, and substation aspects related to Transmission & Distribution facilities.
- Completed diploma or degree in engineering, preferably Electrical, with familiarity in FIDIC contracts and EPC/Sub-EPC contract execution.
