Job Description

We are seeking a Transformation and Skills Consultant to provide specialist advisory and compliance support on Skills Development, Employment Equity, and Transformation. The role ensures compliance with the Employment Equity Act, Skills Development legislation, and the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice, through accurate statutory reporting, compliance oversight, and strategic guidance to advance sustainable transformation outcomes and minimise legislative risk for clients.

Education & Work Experience:



Matric Degree in

Human Resources Management

or equivalent qualification 3-5 years' experience as a

Skills Development Facilitator (SDF)

1-2 years' experience in

Employment Equity

Advanced proficiency in

Microsoft Office


Required Competencies:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving and analytical thinking Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach Resilient and able to work under pressure Team player with high attention to detail High level of integrity Ability to design and deliver training
