• Possession of an honours degree in Business Science or Commerce, with specialization in financial mathematics, accounting, or statistics.
• Strong inclination and desire to transition into the field of project and infrastructure finance.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 7 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in M&A, corporate finance, private equity, or project finance.
• Thorough understanding of and ability to present financial principles and processes. Proficient in financial data correlations and analysis.
• Strong technical knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint as well as BI tools (VBA Desirable).
• Independent ability to work and innovative thinking used in problem-solving situations.
• International experience with emerging markets or throughout Africa is advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This role involves providing crucial financial advisory services, focusing on project finance and corporate finance transactions for private and public entities. Responsibilities include managing a diverse transaction advisory team, conducting risk assessments, preparing comprehensive reports, negotiating legal agreements, and presenting outcomes to stakeholders. As a proficient communicator, you'll collaborate on financial models, engage with lenders, lead due diligence processes, and coordinate project execution. Additionally, you'll contribute to business development, tenders, and overall project management, showcasing versatility in meeting the diverse demands of this dynamic position. SKILLS
