Are you Afrikaans first language with the ability to speak English well, in order to telephonically identify prospective clients and deliver a prepared sales talk describing training service options?
Our client, a leader in their field, based in Brackenfell requires your excellent communication skills to be able to interact well with clients to discuss their needs providing an efficient, fast, and reliable service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric, relevant qualifications advantageous
• Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans & English (speak, read, write)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with an excellent telephonic manner
• Computer literate, specifically MS Office & Outlook literate
• One year+ experience in telemarketing or sales
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
• Results-driven and customer-focused
• Knowledge of social media
• Excellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and active listening.
• Persuasion skills
• Ability to learn product and service knowledge
• Professional and a Team player
• Able to work independently

DUTIES

Marketing

• Attended all inbound and outbound calls and sufficiently address enquiries and questions.
• Ensure that events are filled and follow up timely with clients.
• Ensure to meet daily and monthly targets. These targets are subject to change from time to time.

Booking management

• Schedule and manage bookings.
• Draft and send appropriate paperwork to the client.
• Ensure that interaction is based on the principles specified in our policies.

Database management and Customer care

• Ensure that the database is managed, updated, and maintained.
• Attend to client queries, problems, and/or questions efficiently

Salary: R10,000 negotiable dependent on experience
