Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and workshops.
Lead client onboarding sessions, ensuring smooth adoption of technology.
Provide leadership to support teams, setting standards for response and resolution times.
Monitor training effectiveness and adapt materials as needed.
Act as a subject matter expert for product features and updates.
Collect user feedback and share insights with product and development teams.
Mentor and support junior trainers and support staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, Instructional Design, or related field.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms, VR/AR technologies, or digital training tools (advantageous).
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly language.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or educational technology.
1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within training or support teams.
Experience working with AR/VR or other advanced educational tools (preferred).
