Purpose

To ensure that learners are trained, assessed, and certified as Competent in the relevant Unit Standard by meeting KBC facilitation methods

Matric Facilitation experience for Forklift 242974, Overhead Crane 242976, Rigging & Slinging 15706 Working at Height 22998, Scaffold Erectors & Inspectors 263205& 263245 Confined Space 15034, TMM 254577 Hand Tools 258957, Power Tools 10255 Manual Handling 119568, Rescue at Heights 22995 Fall Protection Planner 229994 Fire Fighting 252250 First Aid 119567 Moderator & Assessor certificate Valid accreditation as Moderator and Assessor with TETA

Responsibilities

Assist with the Registration process and documentation Ensure that the appropriate training material, stationery and equipment is available and in excellent working order before the Training Session commences Create and nurture a positive learning environment that stimulates learning and motivates Delegates Facilitate programmes according to the KBC facilitation best practice and self-prepared Programme Enhancement / Lesson Plan Ensure that delegates understand assessment questions and how to complete the Assessment Conduct Assessments Conduct Moderation Review and Report Course Evaluations
