Job Description

Responsibilities:

To support the development & process of training to help delegates apply new communication skills Facilitating Group and Individual Training sessions Guiding and motivating delegates towards specific outcomes Report writing - Mid and Final Feedback reports Assessing of delegates EQ - Understanding the dynamics of the Group/Individual
Skills required:

Speech & Drama, English Teaching or Facilitation qualification Minimum 3 years' experience in Facilitation/Training, Teaching or Acting & Presenting Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language) Business writing skills Client Service oriented Adaptability Empathy Excellent Listening skills Time management skills Positive and Enthusiastic attitude Professional Confident Computer Literate Drivers Licence and Own Transport
Job Type: Part-time
