Job Description


To provide technical support to AP users on the implementation of a learning management system (e.g. EdApp, Moodle or similar), create and maintain Standard Operations procedure learning content via the EdApp, as well as maintenance of e-learning records.

Role and Responsibilities: * Content Creation & Integration

Engage line management to assist with the identification of a training needs analyses across various functional areas.

Design, develop, and implement high-quality online courses for our EdApp across our Technical SOP Manuals for each function such as law enforcement, Finance; Human Resources; Information Technology; Infrastructure & Logistics; Law Enforcement & Intelligence; to mention but a few.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevancy of content.

Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, graphics, and interactive modules to enhance user experience.

  • E-learning Portal Administration:
Manage and maintain the EdApp e-learning portal, ensuring its smooth operation and accessibility for users.

Oversee the testing and upload of Onboarding related test learning courses/SOP related courses and materials on the portal.

Regularly review and update e-learning content to ensure relevancy and compliance.
  • Operational Support:
Collaborate with IT to address user queries and technical issues related to the E-learning portal and other digital systems (where applicable) in a timely manner.

Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to users, ensuring they have a seamless learning experience.

Continuously monitor and analyze e-learning usage metrics (e.g. training return on investment, % training or e-learning spend against budget, course or training completion rate against schedule, and so on).

Generating reports on e-learning adoption, course completions, and feedback.

Required qualifications, competencies and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Education or Instructional Design or Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-learning content creation and portal administration.
  • Proficient in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their functionalities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid training material development and facilitation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of French or Portuguese will be an advantage.
