Our Client within the heavy equipment and manufacturing environment is seeking an experienced Training Documentation Specialist to support its Training and Aftermarket function.
This role requires a strong technical background and proven experience in document publishing. It is not a document control position.
The focus is on transforming complex technical manuals into structured training material, assessments and learning content that can be used across internal teams and external partners.
Minimum Requirements
- Completed Qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in document publishing
- Strong technical background within manufacturing or heavy equipment environments
- Proficiency in authoring and publishing tools and MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Extract technical content from manuals and convert it into training material
- Develop training presentations, assessments and supporting documentation
- Maintain and update training and aftermarket documentation in line with product changes
- Manage revision control, approvals and publishing of controlled documents
- Ensure training documentation meets quality, safety and industry standards
- Collaborate with technical, training and aftermarket teams to gather accurate information
- Support training delivery where required
- Maintain documentation registers, records and archives
- Assist with customer communication relating to updated training material
