Job Description


Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Logistics department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a Training Controller role, which is based in CCBSA Devland. The successful candidate will report directly to the Unit Manager in CCSBA Devland. KEY PURPOSE To provide a specialized and effective training and development service to a designated team, focusing on the acquisition of competence and performance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities KEY OUTPUTS

  • Develop training material
  • Implement training
  • Training administration
  • Implement and Anchoring Change
KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES
Knowledge:
  • Understanding and development of BOPs.
  • Development of work instructions.
  • Identify competency needs.
  • Identify, develop and cost learning solutions.
  • Knowledge of learner driven techniques and formal training methods.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing way.
  • Coaching on-the-job.
  • Conduct a formative assessment to evaluate CAP
  • Procedure reports as required.
  • Knowledge of HRD standards, National Training Agenda.
  • Diagnostic assessments to meet departmental plans.
  • Regular review of training goals to ensure alignment with regional business plan.
  • Compile and issue reports according to Regional and Divisional requirements.
  • Record and control training costs to meet budget.
  • Maintain training records to meet divisional HRD standards.
  • Knowledge of divisional business plan.
  • Knowledge of business strategies especially HR support.
Skills, Experience & Education QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
  • HR Degree or equivalent.
  • N6 Diploma or other relevant qualification.
  • 3-5 years production/FMCG experience.
  • WCM exposure and experience will be advantageous
  • SAP experience and being a trained, registered assessor, will be advantageous.
  • Good PC literacy required (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
