Position: Training Centre Manager / Training Operations Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to manage and oversee the operations of our training centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant SETA, QCTO, and NAMB requirements, managing training staff and learners, and driving the development and delivery of quality training programmes and sales.

Key Experience Required

Proven experience in

running and managing a training centre

Strong working knowledge of:

SETA structures and reporting

QCTO requirements

NAMB functions

Registrations and online reporting platforms Experience with:

Enrolling learners on SAQA NLRD

Uploading learner achievements and

credits

Understanding of compliance, audits, and quality assurance processes

Qualifications (Essential)

ETDP SETA - Assessor and Moderator

ETDP SETA - Occupationally Based Education, Training and Development Practitioner (OBETDP)

Rigger or Millwright Trade Certificate

Registered TTAP (Trade Test Accredited Practitioner)

Key Skills & Abilities

Ability to manage

multiple courses and programmes simultaneously

Strong capability to

learn, adapt, and interpret training material

Proven experience in

developing training material

Ability to effectively

manage training staff and learners

Excellent organisational and leadership skills Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to

think outside the box

High attention to detail and compliance-driven mindset
